PLEASE NOTE

• There will be times where I'll use tone tags and trigger warnings! I sometimes can't understand online conversations and want to avoid certain topics while online (if unable to avoid them IRL), plus I find them useful- especially if I'm in a safe online space!
• Right now, I'm as active as I can be. Though, I do have a life outside of the internet, which can lead to me being semi-inactive or completely inactive- which can depend.
• I can hyperfocus and talk a LOT about what comfort/interest I have in the moment. If it does end up happening, please don't think I'm annoying- I just want to talk about what I love.
• While I do have open trades and commissions, any art and character requests will be completely closed. This mostly stems from seeing requests go horribly wrong, but I MIGHT change my mind in the future.
• I am open to creating and co-owning ships, AU's and characters. As long as nothing inappropriate, illegal or generally uncomfortable goes on- then it's completely fine by me. You can just ask me! :)
• While I will be quick to block and blacklist someone depending on the circumstances, I will unblock and remove them from the blacklist IF they genuinely apologize, show they've changed and ask to talk it out.
• Because of certain things I suffer through, I do age regress from time to time- meaning my mental capacity regresses to that of a child. It is not sexual in any way, it is ONLY a coping mechanism that keeps me from having a mental breakdown. Read this Carrd for more information on regression.

YOU MAY

• Make artwork and write stories for my characters. Gift art and stories are quite nice to see, makes me smile :)
• Ask about or bring up any issues about my commissions, TOS and blacklist. I don't mind, as long as it's civil.
• Colorpick the palettes of OC's I've personally made (no OC's I've adopted from others). As long as there's no direct or purposeful replicas / ripoffs of the OC's being made, then go for it (color picking doesn't automatically allow theft of my characters, thank you).
• Make NSFW/gorey content of characters that are 18+, rightfully tagged as NSFW and something similar, and/or not a comfort character of mine. Just add the right tags to the art before gifting it to me!
• Ask for pings on most characters, except for the ones within the "Mascots" and "Comforts" folders. Pings I'm fine with, as long as you're not directly offering for them, pestering me about when they're going UFS/UFT or pushing me to sell them after asking for said ping.
• Ask for a civil discussion about what I think of x, y and z. I like hearing out other opinions when we talk in a calm manner, as it's nice to not have to fight about stupid things.

PLEASE DON'T

• Offer on any characters outside of the "Adoptables" folder. I created the folder for a reason, so any kind of offers outside of it will be automatically ignored and deleted from my comments and DMs, sorry :///
• Draw me or any of my comfort characters in NSFW, gorey, illegal or generally inappropriate and uncomfortable scenarios. It's extremely uncomfy for me as an artist and a creator.
• Shit on any interests that I have. You like things as much as I do, you talk about things as much as I do, so you'd be pissed off if I pulled the same BS with you.
• Be an absolute prick and generally shit on me or my mutuals. Doesn't matter if it was a joke or "in bad taste," I don't appreciate the vibe you brought to us.
• Steal, heavily reference/trace, become heavily inspired by my OCs, copy, edit, recolor, claim and/or redistribute any art or character I have up. Neither can you steal any art/character I have and use them for NFTs, cryptocurrencies or AI artwork. Those things I do not support, and I don't want any self proclaimed "cryptobros" or "crypto/AI gurus" to fight me over it. Cry about it, goofy ass bitch.
• Resell any designs I've sold to you for a higher price without any extra pieces for it. If you do wish to sell it for a higher rate, but it doesn't have art, I will gladly add art for the asking price!
• Interact with NSFW content I might have up, and/or bypass access to interact with said NSFW, if you're a minor. Seriously, you're not old enough for that stuff, and I'm not going to get myself in trouble for that reason. You're going to be blocked if that ever happens.

Some of the mentioned warnings (mostly the ones mentioning harming others) I do not condone and don't wish to happen. While other warnings (like suicidal ideation and internalized transphobia) are things that I've either personally been through/still going through, personally know someone who's been through said thing and/or have read stories about people's experience.

I'm doing my best to portray these things in a respectful manner, but if something does seem off about the way I portray something, please let me know so I can fix the way I've portrayed it!

• You've previously caused issues with me.
• You've broken my TOS in the past (mainly the repeat offenders).
• You or your character is a pedo/zoophile and/or supports pedophilia, zoophilia, lolicon/shotacon.
• You fake claim/generally fake DID systems, other mental and physcal illnesses/disabilites, or other things for attention, to get out of a situation you caused/joined in on, or to get someone to admit they're "faking" something.
• You ship actual people (especially content creators), even if they've said they're uncomfortable with it or joke about it being dogshit. This goes for any other pro-ship bullshit as well, don't care if you try to justify a problematic ship that you say is your "OTP."
• Make jokes about, take jabs at, or show certain things to intentionally hurt or generally trigger peoples trauma/anxiety/other issues they have and trying to overcome themselves (such as epilepsy, SH and eating disorders).
• You don't care to talk about certain issues, discourse and/or certain drama in a reasonable, calm and respectful manner.
• You romanticize/sexualize my age regression or find it weird. It is a coping mechanism, not a creepy thing. If it's a genuine trigger for you, please take care of yourself!
• You guilt trip, play the victim card and don't want to admit to anything/try to justify your actions, especially when you've been called out on something messed up.
• You're transphobic, homophobic, don't support neopronouns, a TERF, argue about transmed ideology, an exclusionist or erase certain identities/preferences (bi/pan erasure, nb exclusion/erasure, etc).
• You're xenophobic, islamophobic, ableist, racist, a nazi, etc.
• You force your opinions and interests down my throat in order to make me like it/agree with it.
• You continuously show support of highly inappropriate, illegal and/or generally uncomfortable ships, storylines and/or AU's.
• You romanticize/sexualize the LGBT, mental/physical illnesses and disabilities, any sort of verbal/physical abuse, serial killers, etc.
• You generally shit on people for being in certain fanbases, either due to the bad apples or because of the "all fans bad" memes.
• You exclude others for innocently cosplaying or drawing themselves as their favorite characters (if they haven't done something wrong), then mock them if they rightfully defend themselves.

While I previously had users listed on this specific blacklist, and left it partially empty in case I had decided to add more users, I've decided to wipe it and keep it empty for the foreseeable future.
