Bolten Thunderwing

So Bolten is a kinda stuck up and aggressive. He likes to think he is superior over most other soldiers, when he really isn't, his parents were snobby and he got it from them. He is in the Electricity part of the Elemental Military, and is a newbie! Which kinda gives him trouble as it hurts his pride and makes him lash out. He is kinda childish at times for his age and is looked down upon by superior officers. The Master Dragon of Electricity is currently training him and hopes to with this superiority complex out of him. 

Since his horn absorbs electrical energy he can power himself up really fast! His tail can also absorb electrical energy but not nearly as fast as his horns. Those blue markings were not naturally on him, but when he was struck by legendary BLUE LIGHTNING and gained it's power these markings were literally zapped onto his body! His wings are also fanned and have no wing fingers which makes him an incredibly fast flyer, especially during thunder storms!
