Born out of a rupture in space and time, caused by the wraith known as Rane. Fletcher was born into Fear itself and is the embodiment of it, he took upon the mantle of fear and with this his connection to the sea and its depths were solidified. Preying on peoples fears and minds, but sticking to what he knew best; the ocean. His impact site.
Fletcher resides within the Calym system on the hub planet of Athorn-1. Fletcher made his intentions clear as soon as took his home on Athorn-2; He wanted to integrate into society in a way he could always get what he wanted, and that was fear. He took control of a ocean shipping company and rebuilt it from the ground up to serve his needs. The coast is now home to a massive ship docking port and a lighthouse tower where he resides.

- When he devours a persons soul he can recall their memories and voice, as if he is calling them to speak. But this is his mimicry of the person, posessing their soul to lures others in.
- He's not on good terms with his brother, but thats fine cause he just wants to eat him.

Soul Devouring ▪ An aspect of Fear is the consumption of the soul itself, Each soul consumed becomes apart of him and subsequently becomes a lure at his disposal. Often times he will refer to himself as a conglomerate rather than a singular person. This is usually only to soon to be victims to ease them into trusting him. Fear takes many forms, and he preys on fear of loss too much
Mind Manipulation ▪ Fear comes in many forms, And Fletcher loves to manipulate his victims minds and bring their worst fears to life. He will do anything he can to make you terrified cause at that moment he is at his most powerful and your soul is his to devour and make apart of him. When i say bring them to life I mean it... these are not hallucinations he digs into your mind and creates a physical image of what you fear most. This can be shown in a figure or shape of a person... or he can use a pocket dimension of sorts to enact hellish torment on you molding everything to fit your nightmares. You become his food, a source of Fear to feed his concept for as long as you remain alive in that hell.
