Design Terms of Use
Character TOU for my Designs
- Do not use my designs as a way to make a profit for yourself. Do not buy them with the intention of making a profit for yourself.
- You are allowed to resell, trade or give them away but you are not allowed to resell or retrade for the purpose of making a profit. You are not allowed to adopt a free character to sell and make a profit off.
- I ask that if you adopt a character in trade for art, you do not sell them unless you have spent money on them.
- You are allowed to make changes to the character's design but you are not allowed to take credit for the character's initial design. You are also not allowed to remove my name from the character's design credits.
- You are allowed to rename them, change their gender, change their traits, update their design or draw them differently. You may take credit for their redesign but you are not allowed to claim you created the character and must credit the original designer/creator.
By purchasing my design, you are agreeing to these terms. Breaking these terms may result in you being blacklisted from purchasing my designs.
