Bebo is a very childish and sensitive evil scientist. When he isn't plotting he is painting, it calms thing.
APPEARANCE
Bebo is a small cat-sized creature made up of a gooey substance. The material his head is made of is currently unknown. It has 2 pairs of wings, one on it's head and one on it's back, though they do not allow him to fly. He almost always wears his lab coat and goggles, when he isn't he wears over-sized tshirts.
THE MAKING OF BEBO.
Bebo was born via lab experiment, the scientist who made it became somewhat of a parental figure. Bebo would watch a lot of cartoons, he thought being an evil guy would be fun so he became an evil scientist.

Thing has his own lab now, he just does evil science, there isn't much to it.
