F2U HTML party!

I haven't released a code in a while, so I decided to make one a couple of days ago! This is "party!"  

It's a code that can be used for both character and user profiles. It includes an area to put a quote, an area to put your name, age, gender, and pronouns, a section to write about yourself, a relationships section where you can put links, and a "playlist" section where you can link theme songs.

The header stripes AND the confetti are both animated!!!

You may frankenstein this code, but please try to keep it similar to the original.

Do NOT remove credit!

Remember to credit any images you use (Although it's not in the screenshot of the code, I have added an art credit section next to the code credit section!)
