They get along fine. Doc likes Toxic more because he's silent. Doesn't care about Toxic's opinion on him, though.

They just know eachother because Doc treats Merc's wounds. They got a sightly tension relationship, but it's not clear if they get along or hate eachother's guts. It's probably the second.

Doc hates Ethan's guts. He thinks he is a massive idiot. Ethan in the other hand treats Doc as his friend despite Doc's complains.
