Quince

Quince is a male Spotted Sandpiper hailing from Dufferwing, Nova Scotia. Ever the optimist, he loves to fly and meet new people from all around. He doesn’t migrate very well, so he prefers to travel at his own pace, especially around the more northern latitudes.

Miscellaneous facts:

-His favorite meal is escargot

-He can start singing annoying loudly at somewhat random times

-He likes to do tricks in the air, but it wears him out very quickly 

-He prefers to wait home some days in the winter to play in the snow

-He works part-time in in his hometown at Herring’s Fresh Seafood helping deliver fish and cleaning the shop to make ends meet.

-His hat and parka are always with him wherever he travels. Though useful in winter at northern latitudes, it is a bit of a burden in many occasions. His previous outfit was lost in Florida after leaving it there while traveling south and forgetting the location, so he won’t leave this one, despite the discomfort.
