This Pokémon barely has a horn since they grew out their cheeks to absorb energy from food. That they can turn into electricity. Their softness match their heart, and are loyal as gentle as can be. Though at time they can be a bit lazy. But are total tanks when need be. Their big cheeks can be stretched out and used as a blanket.
