- - - - - - - - - - PARAKiiN's TERMS OF USE - - - - - - - - - - By buying or receiving a character from me, you agree to the following: * you will credit me at least once when posting the design/character on any site. * you will not hide any watermark/signature that I have on the original picture. * you will not sell a design/character for any currency that you've received from me for free. ** if there is art that goes with the design/character, this can be overlooked. * you will not sell a design/character for more than you bought it for. ** if there's art that goes with the design/character, this can be overlooked. As for designs, you agree to the following when editing and transferring designs onto another species: * small alterations to the design are fine within limits (revamping, changing color/species) ** do not make the design completely unrecognizable ** when transferring to a closed species, it must not be to a species that does not allow re-transfers of the design. (ex. CS that allows you to make OCs with the species, but does not allow you to retain the design/ownership if you lose rights to the CS.) * you do not need permission to add accessories to your characters NOTE: You must refer the potential new owner to my TOS when reselling the character/design.
