Rai was one among others who was created for the Super Animal Project. She refused all weapons offered to her when given, having S.A.W put her in specialized training in the medical field. A shame though, given that she packed quite a punch to an officer when she was offered a gun the first time. Rai continued to study, even exploring new medicines that worked especially well for super animals.
