this is my TOS for my adopts. please make sure to follow these rules when owning one of my designs or you’ll be blacklisted (limited or permanent)

- do not back out of your bid before asking me first please. it’s considered rude to me! (permanently)

- do not get angry if you don’t win the adopt and harass me or the person who obtains it. (limited)

•

- when you purchase one of my designs, you can resell to someone else in the spam of 5 days or more. if not then you’ll be blacklisted. (limited)

- DO NOT create nsfw art with my designs. (permanently)

•

- don’t sell the design for more than what you paid unless you have purchased art. (limited)

•

- when we trade and both of us accept, do NOT change your offer after we trade. it’s a way of scamming. (permanently)

- please don’t charge more for an oc you paid for from me unless you bought them art. if you bought art for the character, make sure it’s a fair price when you raise it for someone else to buy. don’t buy a character for a price then charge the same price 2x for adding 1 piece of art. (permanent)

•

- please know that there are other ways to end up on my blacklist such as people who are racist, homophobic, you name it (everyone should know the basics already but if not.. feel free to ask). i also put people in my blacklist for rude behaviors and/or getting into drama with me since that makes me uncomfortable and i do not want to be involved in these situations in the first place. there’s probably more but i can’t think. if you have any concerns or want to know more about how my blacklist works.. you can send me a message on this th account and i will respond asap.

when you are limitedly on my blacklist, you can fill out a form i have to be unblacklisted. if you make the same mistake that you have done to get limitedly on my blacklist, you’ll be permanently blacklisted from owning my designs. there is no way to get off my permanent blacklist. please follow these rules. i appreciate everyone who does!!
