Jewel, like Empress, is an escapee from the infamous neutral faction known as The Clinic. Just like Empress Jewel cannot remember anything of her past, what she looked like, her element, what species of dragon she was, etc. All she remembers is basic life skills like how to survive, hunt, understand the world around her. She is a Pokemon-dragon hybrid that is incredibly powerful due to the fact that the Pokemon DNA is that of a Suicune. The original Suicune, who was adopted by Lumera, is the only Suicune in existence. Meaning that The Clinic was able to get her DNA, this freaks her out so Suicune is always a bit on edge around Jewel.
