The Skinned Man's Links
To say he wants her dead is the Largest understatement ever.
Cosmos made the Skinned Man to be her first lover. After a long and sordid not-love affair and S. Man becoming extremely more hostile and finally throwing her child out of the Heavens, she ripped his skin off to make the lands of the earth, plucked his eyes out, and cast him into a pocket dimension where he is to live out the rest of his immortal life in isolation.
He is using Dylan to further his own agenda. He is the one who gave Dylan the power to kill anomalies.
He is using the Skinned Man to further his own agenda, while feigning absolute allegiance to him.
The Skinned Man tries to make contact with Rubicon constantly in the form of visions, attempting to bring him to His side. Rubicon adamantly denies the Skinned Man's being anything more than a hallucination.
Rubicon has decided that the Skinned Man is a recurring audiovisual hallucination caused by the mental stress of having both Chaos and Order living in his head. Anytime He shows up, Rubicon ignores him.
V1rus is a creature of the one species the Skinned Man managed to create before being tossed into his cell. The Skinned Man has no attachment to V1rus aside from being his kinds, technical, 'father'.
V1rus had heard many stories in his dimension of the Great Red Father. He didn't much care. He still doesn't.
He sees NeXus as a means to an end, a way to get to Cosmos, as well as a necessary chess piece in his game to kill God. He needs NeXus's power to escape the pocket dimension that is his prison. When Dylan killed NeXus, he didn't even shed a tear for his 'son' or show an ounce of regret. Truly callous and unfeeling.
NeXus, like all of Cosmos's children, doesn't even know the Skinned Man exists.
He sees HeliX much in the same way that he sees NeXus, a means to an end, one of the two keys to freeing him from his prison. Flesh and blood mean nothing to him.
As with all of Cosmos's children, HeliX is completely unaware of the Skinned Man's existence.
