Design Terms of Use
{Rules/TOS}
1 - I Prefer if designs the owner doesn’t want anymore I get first dibs on/Gets sent back to me(Either this account or to @Tokiotwo)
2 - Please Keep Designs recognizable / redesigns shouldn’t look too different, Keep main Details similar. Either Pattern & Colours the same, Colours & Species or Species & Patterns. Anything breaking this rule will result in me requesting the OG design back.(Redesign will belong to you but OG will be mine again)
3 - IDC what Art you do of the characters as long as it’s not Proship, inc*st, P3doph!lia, Homo/Transphobic Art, Z0oPh!lic Art, ETC. If I see any of this I feel have the right to revoke the design
4 - I have the right to Revoke designs for either the reason of A:You make me Uncomfortable or B:I wasn’t supposed to give away/Trade the design.
5 - Please try to Keep the design for at least a Month before reselling/Retrading.
6 - Freebie designs from me should ONLY be free unless given extra Art (Commission, Payment, Art Trade or Art the owner made. Request & Gift Art is FREE art so it won’t count.)
7 - I can revoke a design/Commission/Custom if you rush me. This does include if you don’t finish your side of an Art/Custom Trade with my end done(Customs I’ll resell & Art I’ll just Delete)
8 - My Designs can be Used for N$FW, Venting or even Representation of Trauma(Just put TW on their Profiles for these PLEASE.)
9 - My designs are NOT to be used in any AI or NFT Content. Please.
Adopts/Customs TOS
- Only Resell for the same price you got it for unless you got Art after getting the character
- You can change the design but please keep some things remotely the same (Pallet or species stays almost the same)
-You are 100% able to give outfits to the character
- Don’t purchase my adopts just to resell them. Draw them at least once even if it’s just a lazy Sketch
- If I want a design back then please understand it may be because I, A ; Feel uncomfortable with you, or B ; the Character wasn’t meant to be Traded/Sold out
