Stasgoyle is rarely ever spotted, as it nearly never moves from it's spot. It sits silently where it has decided to reside, judging those that come to it. It is said that Stasgoyle has the power to change many things about reality, and that it can tell what your greatest wants and fear are. It can tell what you are worthy of. For that reason, few seek to ever meet Stasgoyle's gaze and face it's inevitable judgement.
Stasgoyle uses it's disguise when it has yet to find a place to rest, or when it must blend in with humans, or other Pokémon.
