Tybolt

Tybolt is a mutt who loathes the control that comes with a collar. Living in freedom and chaos, he wrecked havoc wherever he went until he got rounded up by animal control. Then transferred to an unmonitored lab facility, he spent many days in confinement as a test subject where various experiments were done on him. He doesn't know all of his new abilites but a notable one is that when he runs, a strange lightning blue energy crackles around his paws and his eyes lights up in the same color. Escaping from the lab admist a government bust, Tybolt suddenly finds himself in a metropolis 10 years in the future.

Bolt is (over)confident, cocky, and crass. He's an absolute wild child at heart with no signs of stopping, always down to run with that type of crowd. If he's not caught, the law has no hold on him as far as he's concerned. And as long as a collar doesn't hang around his neck, control doesn't exist. He makes a constant reminder of this fact wherever he goes.
