History

Clow's history is rather dark, entailing essentially being sold into a cult life that turns out to be a nightmare. She underwent magical experimentation, specifically using alchemy. The most notable result was the large alchemy circle that was carved and scarred into her back, giving her the ability to cast without a circle but leaving her with chronic back problems. As well she is always in fear of her life as, though she did escape from the cult, they still want her back no matter the cost.

Before all the darkness, though, Clow did live a rather enjoyable life. She came from a small farming village. She was close to all of her neighbors and friends. Though her family was rather poor she was happy. With sweet parents and a positive environment to be raised in she felt at peace. However it was a peace she would never feel again, especially with her family home burned down. It was a painful reminder that she would never be able to go back to that life, that running was all she had left. There are days she questions if this life is truly worth living anymore.

Additional Information

• Clow tends to respond more on emotions than logic. She will act recklessly if she believes someone elses life is in danger.
• She has a rather small body - rather thin and underdeveloped. It makes her appear more masculine if she is not specifically dressing effeminately. This is caused by the fact her body stopped aging properly in her adolescence.
• Her passion is art, especially enjoying painting and illustrating. However, to earn extra money, she does also do photography. As well she works at a local Art Cafe as a waitress.
• Due to so many loses in her own past, Clow tends to have a very clingy personality. She bonds quickly to those close to her and can become distressed if they try and leave her.
• Clow actually has a doctor who specializes in understanding her alchemic enhancements. However he is not a very pleasant man considering all of this is done in his basement...
• Around friends, Clow isn't very self conscious. However around strangers she is, especially when it comes to showing the scarring on her back.
• Considering how often she is mistaken for a man she doesn't seem to mind or even correct people simply feeling her gender does not define her.
