While she is a very silly woman, Ruru's backstory does contain descriptions of religious/cult abuse, familial abuse, mentions of physical and verbal abuse from her previous spouse, as well as her eventual act of mariticide. None of these are graphic and in super huge detail except for the mariticide, but are prevalent nonetheless. Ruru's story is about how she has ultimately survived and recovered said abuse, but if such topics disturb you or you are sensitive to them in general, I would highly suggest reading only Laos's biography and leaving this one alone.
