Kemper Hensley, currently 23

 He and his best friend, Cameron Kapps, had planned out an entire murder scheme in their late middle school lives as a 'sick joke' when Cam realized Kemper was serious; he told his parents who called the police, the night Kemper was planning to execute said plan.
 
The police managed to get Kemper to spill the truth, and he was sent to a mental hospital; feeling betrayed by his best friend.  Kemper got out of the hospital in his early 20s as they had thought he had improved and was better; however, he was acting, waiting patiently to get out.
To slaughter his first victim, Cameron Kapps.
