Inugami Takeshi

Takeshi is clearly someone very aggressive. He’s impulsive, rude, and always looking to start a fight with someone. Not only that, but its as if he lacks a brain! He says the most idiotic things known to man to an infuriating frequency. Aggressive, idiotic, and loud– what is there to like about him?

The truth is, even though Takeshi truly isn't that smart, the way that he acts doesn't help his image at all. As a result of his insecurities and fears, Takeshi plays up his “manliness” to avoid confrontation-- in other words, flex your muscles, yell, and assert yourself. Unfortunately for him, this only serves to make him look like more of an idiot.

Behind the tough shell, Takeshi has a much more honorable nature than one would expect. There's also a surprisingly soft side to the rough and aggressive Takeshi Inugami. He swears to protect anything that's weak or those who are dear to him. Whether it be children, animals, or just someone too anxious to share their opinion. To anyone else he's a brute, a waste of space, but to the people from the local orphanage, he's just a big, harmless sweetheart.

While he may be an idiot, he is honest and loyal. To Takeshi, a promise is sacred. To break a promise is to break one's trust and to dishonor yourself. When Takeshi makes a promise, he will keep it-- no matter how much he grows to hate it, no matter how absurd it is. Takeshi cares a lot about honor, strength, and promises.

Takeshi swears to protect the weak, and so that is why he must always be strong. Not even a speck of weakness will he allow to be shown! However, Takeshi is very much of an idiot--Unintentionally, he wears his heart on his sleeves, always so easy for others to read. Takeshi has a strong fear of abandonment and believes himself to be unneeded, worthless to stay around if he were weak. Thats why he cant be weak-- because if he is weak, nobody will want to stay with him, and he'll be left all alone.
