it's just a costume. you could think of her as a dedicated larper. i mean it's magically fused to her body but like... she doesnt really do much. her "army" doesnt exist and the princesses have no respect for her.
the second she gets bored, she starts to cause problems. it's not that hard to keep her occupied, and because of this, she doesnt attend council meetings.
it's easier to keep her around because she's rich and generous, but some wonder if it's worth it.
