A silly, silent creature who gets themself into a lot of shenanigans. Having adapted to life on land through a birth defect, they're prone to drifting around like they still live in water. Literally; they're so light that strong winds will blow them away.

The organs in their body float and change places, including their eyes. They're both kind of dumb, and very curious, a delightful combination for getting themself into trouble.
