ToC is the being who gave birth to Author and his siblings. It is unknown how it came about, but Author thinks it was due to the Void realizing itself, and deciding something needed to fill it.
ToC is kind, though harsh, to it's children, and acts as the home for universes Author has created outside the Primaverse. ToC creates little creatures to take care of it, and protect Author's universes. These creatures mimic anything they see, and fight for the glory of their master.
ToC's primary form of communication is music, which is audible to all, but only understandable to it's children and a select few, such as the Primaries.
