Procel is an Angel who loves Humans, especially Children. As an Angel he sees it as his job, to care for them and to protect them from evil and injustice. He tries to spend as much time as he can in the Human World and help them wherever he can. He hates being in Hell, including all Demons, and even though he is a Fallen Angel, still loves Heaven and wants to return there. As an serious Person, who always thinks about what is right and wrong, he still is insecure if he should regret his past choices that led to his Fall, or if he did the right choice. Procel is considered a naive Person who can easily be manipulated- He still kept the angelic innocence and in the past always believed in Heavens rules and commands, but shortly before his Fall he started doubting God and Heavens Justice, the doubt is still within him and tears him apart, as he deeply wants to believe what he was taught but something within him stops him from doing so. Anything that´s said he takes too seriously or understands it too literally, as he has no humor at all and no sense for sarcasm. When talking to him it is often different to understand him, it´s as if he is always talking to himself in his own language, mumbling to himself about nonsense thing in a way too formal way.
He is a Mighty Duke who is very strong in presence, who speaks in mystical tongues and poem of self-illuminating or hidden things. He brings the sounds of rushing of waters and that will create a calm of self. It is said Procel warms and discovers baths, and may purify water unto the sorcerer who seeks a cleansing
Procel used to be a perfect Angel, fulfilling all Duties given to him. He deeply believed in Heaven and never questioned anything, because it was "God´s will" and that was the only thing that counted to him. One Rule given to Procel was, to never get too close to the Humans when being on a Mission and he always did follow that rule, until one day he was sent to protect a village of a small tribe, as there was a big fight between this tribe and another. Fights between villages and humans have been pretty common in that time, so it did seem curious as to why he had to protect this one Village only. He arrived there and saw with his own eyes, how rotten the People he was supposed to protect were and how innocent the People were, that he had to kill in order to protect the Village. This made Procel furious, but he proceeded with his Job until he met Astaroth. Astaroh appeared friendly, but acted concerned about this matter and secretly told him about the real reasons why he had to protect evil humans. Apparently the balance between good and evil wasn´t proper and the time has been too peaceful for Heaven. So they seeded hate and evilness in some Human hearts, but realized to late, that one of the evil Humans will be important in the future and will initiate important developments in Humanity, so his village needed to be protected, before a fight would get him killed. Procel refused to believe this was indeed true, so Astaroth made Procel see for himself, by sending him to the Village, wheere the good Humans lived. Procel got attached to a little Girl living in the Village and broke the important rule of keeping distance. The Girl lost her Parents due to the Village Procel protected and told him all the awful, barbaric Stories, including rape, torture etc. Finally Procel saw the truth and returned to Heaven to argue, that this was not what Justice should look like and that Heaven and God are making a mistake. No one listened to him and they gave him one last Chance, so they send him back to his mission. While Procel was lost and had no idea what to believe anymore, Astaroth appeared again and talked to Procel about this not being right and how he should act, unless he would be no better than Hell. Due to Procel being easy to manipulate, Astaroth deceived Procel to betray Heaven and Procel snapped one day, after he saw the little Girl he got so attached to being killed. With his own Hands he brutally slaughtered the whole tribe, that he was supposed to protect and burned down the Village. Once he realized what he had done he was in pure shock and utterly confused about what side he is on now and whether he should have done that or let the injustice contuine to happen. But it was too late, Procel was thrown out of Heaven and all Angels turned their back to him. Like every Fallen Angel he ended up in Hell, and even though Fallen Angels have a high rank there, he hated everyone there. First he tried to get used to it, but the nostalgic Feeling of his sweet Home Heaven never left.

Astaroth was the one who planted first seeds of doubt in Procels Heart and manipulated him into betraying Heaven. Since then he stayed close to Procel and takes care of him, when Procel is in Hell, accompanying him and acting like a friend. Procel indeed consideres Astaroth a good Friend and is thankful to Astaroth for telling the truth. Procel sees the friendly facade of Astaroth, but not the real one, and thinks Astaroth only told him the Truth because Astaroth wanted to do the right thing and help. But Astaroth´s real intention was to get Procel to betray Heaven, he never cared for any of the Humans nor for Justice. Astaroth still keeps the friendly act up, so he fully gains Procels Trust, so he won´t get in the way of Astaroths real goal.
Charmeine is one of the few Angels, who didn´t turn their Back on Procel. They used to be close in Heaven and had a good Brother-Sister Relationship. Charmeine doesn´t judge Procel for his Actions and secretly meets up with him sometimes in the Human World. She knows what deep Pain is in his heart due to his Fall and tries to always be there for him, which is only natural as she is the Angel of Harmony. Procel rarely shows his sadness and hidden emotions, but he feels comfortable too share them with Charmeine and is grateful for her kindness and understanding. Even though he really loves her and wants to be close to her, he feels like he is a bad influence to her and is scared of causing Trouble for her, so he tries to keep distance and to not meet up too often.
