Adopts/Customs T.O.S

You are allowed to use the character for personal use only.
If you adopt a character through monetary means, you are allowed to resell the character for the amount of money you got, including their worth.

Example: You got a character via offering 100 usd WITH another character whose worth is 20usd. You are allowed to resell the character for 120 usd meaning.

If you commissioned art of the character, you are allowed to increase the worth of the character. Meaning, original worth you obtained the character is 120, and you got a commission that cost 40 usd. Then, the new worth is 160 usd. Art trades, gifts, and event art does not count to the addition towards a character's worth as those did not include any monetary trade.

If you (future adoptee) obtained the character through a trade that does not include any monetary trade (like you traded the character for another character), future adoptees are not allowed to sell the character. If you (future adoptee) gained the character with monetary trade, then all is fine.

Meaning, if the character’s original worth was 160 usd, but you received the character as a gift, you are NOT allowed to sell that character.

If you buy a character FOR another person (like a voucher for example), the person who is obtaining the character is allowed to resell the character for its full worth.
If you want any changes/edits made to the character, you are 100% allowed to ask me. If the change is too great, I may ask for monetary compensation. You are allowed to edit the character (either making the art by yourself or commissioning other artists), but not the art I initially made for them. Doing so, you will be warned and potentially blacklisted. I am here and open for any changes made for your benefit.

You are not allowed to edit the artwork I’ve provided for the character.
Examples of edits that are not allowed: Drawing over the art, changing the colors (hue, saturation, brightness), deleting/changing any items/parts of the character, and anything else in between and outlying.
