Toby the Elemental Dragon of Death and Decay. The majority of his species, The "Korox", live underground underneath a lake. Toby unlike others is very shy and his best friend is Dew. 

Powers include the ability to sap energy from others and exhaust then. He also is just strong, but refuses to use his powers for evil.
