- By purchasing A design by me. You are purchasing a partial right to the design. The design itself must be credited to "Ochitabara". - I have the right to reject the sale for any reason. - If you decided that you do not like the design, please notify me and transfer the character back to me. (Further steps will be discussed privately.) - Do not claim it as your own. Bases used must always be credited to the respective artist(s). If unsure, DM me. - Once purchased you are free to do what you like. such as: gender, species, etc. can be changed. - The design itself may be modified as long as it resembles the original. - Please do not resell my designs for more than what is paid for. Unless commisioned art is added or you have spoken about said resale with me. - Co-owning is not permitted with my designs without written or evidently stated with permission by me. - my design are strictly on th. if you hide it, notify me and authorize me. - No refunds!
