The highest role in the hierarchy , a virus with god complex. Code Red come off as a charather who is ignoring the empathy towards living being and rather view other with power.  They known as the devil at worldwide , due of them being a threat towards the society and the one who caused the world instability.

He grown up in a place that is full with horrible, manipulative person to the point he thought that it was a good thing to do and become on.

During at teenagers age , he was a schoolmate with Bluescreen and RBG. No clue of how they're close but Code Red is jealous of how Bluescreen got the prise occasionally. As he slowly getting aware about his surrounding, he start to get succumbed by insanity and causes mayhem in the school. Even until now , Code red dosen't really understood how does emotions and why humanity is important. As he grows up , he slowly become more sinister and planned on world war, which is suprisingly happening. 

He could anything he want without worried of being attacked by other people because he didn't see the point of why people would do that or if there any people who could able to stop it.
