To obtain her assistance, victims must offer something in return, a sacrifice or a bargain that serves her twisted desires. Beware, for crossing paths with La Peste means navigating a treacherous path, where desperate souls must confront the harrowing choice of accepting her aid at a great cost.

In the 16th century, La Peste was born as a pet rat, taken in by a twisted plague doctor. This doctor, driven by his dark desires, conducted cruel experiments on his patients, intentionally making them sicker rather than offering them true cures. Peste, his beloved companion, held a special place in his heart, and he yearned to transform her into something more.

Driven by his twisted ambitions, the doctor delved into experimenting on other animals, seeking to create a world where anthropomorphic creatures could roam. However, most of his experiments resulted in imperfect and malformed beings. Peste, however, became his ultimate success. Through his experiments, she was humanized, gifted with the ability to speak and bestowed with formidable powers.

Unfortunately, the doctor's actions did not go unnoticed. He was eventually caught for his heinous crimes, sentenced to death for the murders of his patients and the grotesque transformations he inflicted on innocent creatures. Left alone in the world, Peste had to learn to fend for herself, harboring a deep resentment toward humans for taking away the only figure she had known as her father.

In the absence of her creator, Peste embraced her dark nature, following in his footsteps, but not driven by scientific pursuits. Unbeknownst to the doctor, his creation was flawed. While she appeared flawless on the outside, her mind was twisted and corrupted. Consumed by a sadistic desire, she embarked on a killing spree, claiming the lives of countless individuals. Even to this day, she continues to roam, searching for her next victims, driven by a deep-seated hatred for humanity and a thirst for inflicting suffering.
