Design Terms of Use
Old stuff is under spoiler for archival purposes. I have only two terms:
- Don't do something dumb or illegal, don't do some sort of fraud, or scam or anything like that. Should be a no-brainer, but felt it still worth mentioning.
- I stg, that includes cryptocurriencies, please don't.
- And have fun with the character, whatever that means to you.
Also, I will buy back any designs of mine if you no longer want them.
Feel free to resell my designs if you don’t want them, but please, I’D PREFER YOU DIDN’T SELL MY DEISIGNS FOR MORE THAN YOU GOT THEM FOR, unless you have EXTRA COMMISSIONED ART.
▪️ If the design was free, it is not worth any money or art.
▪️ If all art for the design was free, it is not worth money or art, or worth very little.
▪️ If you have comissioned art for the design, you should add the value of the art to the design value, but PLEASE don’t add like $200 onto the commission price!
▪️ If you have done art of your character, feel free to change the value, but base it off of what others pay for your art! If you do a sketch worth $1, the value of the character increases by $1, don’t add like $50, please! Also, I encourage you to change my designs to fit into stories and to be more personalized! If you make a design heavily inspired off of the character, but it isn’t really the same character anymore, feel free to change the designer credits!
