uriels just a dude. hes been dealing with some rough shit, hes poor as dirt, and he moves into a shitty and incredibly haunted house. he works graveyard shifts at a fast food restaurant to pay his bills so he can do drag on his way off. he decides to befriend his local ghosts, talks nice with em, leaves out little offerings. he just, really identifies with being a spooky scary ghost, yknow. and in species verse, they strike a deal with him. they live through him, and their presence has slowly been changing his body into something else. over time, he's become more monstrous, and hes been watching it, scared and absolutely thrilled.
