Saito is a very secretive man who hides behind smiles, smirks, and knowing looks. He loves to keepp people guessing and making hem think they have caught a glimpse of something only to be proven wrong or doubtful that there was anything there at all. Saito is extremely persuasive and knows how to work his words to get what he wants, allowing him to be incredibly adaptable. He is not easily thrown off guard.
