It isn't clear but this Caster is a classic Nauticanian and isn't bothered with the ethereal and metaphysical properties of her home. since she's ML neighbours with Tessa I'm also making them actual neighbours.

A caster who settled on the shores of the coastal town. She's pretty sweet, a pretty straight forward no-nonsense kind of caster, and it's usually pretty easy to strike up a conversation with her.

she's exes with tessa. they tried to date after the whole 'possessed by a god' thing that tessa had, but ultimately decided that they weren't compatible with each other (tessa had too much going on, blamed phoibe for not 'helping enough', and phoibe grew resentful of tessa not talking to her, and preferring to talk to kaz instead) 

they do still remain friends though, took a bit of time to re-establish their relationship, but yeah
