-You are allowed to make characters based off of any designs of mine THAT YOU OWN. However, these designs must be traded together from that point on or voided if no longer wanted.

-If you buy a design, you are allowed to trade, sell, or gift it to someone

-If you get a design from me (via trade or gift) you are not allowed to sell it without commissioned art.(Friend need to asked me first or if you have emergency such as medical, that's only way I'll allowed to sale the character without any base worth, but still, you need to get approve from me before you sale it)

-My designs MUST stay on Toyhou.se! You may not sell them off-site and please do not hide or delete the character from Toyhou.se. (My friends are allowed to hide characters)

-Do not put my art or designs in AI for training or something!!!
