she is electric/normal! however she isn't super static-y like normal flaaffy- her wool is safe to touch and super soft! its also fairly bouncy and squishy. mainly she conducts electricity with her tail, but most of the time she is low energy and would prefer to just eat. her energy comes in short bursts, and she is actually a shy pokemon. she tends to cover her face with her wool to hide.
