Aella’s egg was dropped off at the nook originally, just like any other unwanted egg. But before Alma had even found it, it was stolen. The pair of thieves stole the egg in minor protest to how Alma raised children. Not having enough time to individually take care of each child with love was seen as a form of neglect. Taking the egg, the two thieves ran to Palamino Lake.
Aella is shy, unaware, and quite innocent. Her parents raised her in a comfortable grove that shielded her from the sight, sound, and experience of other Wyngrew. Their values were not the same with any of the cities like Antova; nor towns, like Wynsiph. She doesn’t speak, but rather communicates in a form of coos and squeals to reduce recognizable communication between her and her parents over long distances within their grove. She’s still learning the world around her, as little as it is. Her parents plan on keeping her from Wynsiph as long as possible, but have considered Cressport as a possible new home
After being lost in the mountains on a test hike, Aella was found by Koi, who took her home. He is now her second adopted dad. While residing in the Nook with Koi, Aella hasn't been introduced to the rest of the population, since she is still young and cannot speak
