Cheetahs are a rare species. Finding them is ver difficult and there is a very limited numbers of them. While exploring on an island Jack and his crew stumbled across an injured cheetah. She had a large scratch along her back and needed medical care immediately. Luckily Blackbird was able to bandage her injury quickly. The cheetah, who they learned was named Dixie, thanked them. She told the crew about herself and her family. She explained that there was a fight between two villages, one of which was her own, due to her unwillingness to marry the son of the neighboring villiage. After being injured she ran off and ended up finding the crew. Violet comforted Dixie since she herself was in a similar situaion. The crew went with Dixie back to her village and helped convince the two villiages to stop fighting. In exchange for their fight to end, Dixie was to be banished and never seen on the island ever again. Jack agreed to this exchange and Dixie went with the crew to travel.
