Ruby was formerly part of Red Diamond's court, loyal to his cause. However, regardless of how they felt towards their ruler- that was the problem. Ruby was not made to be ruled, and took to the stars as soon as the opportunity arose. They travel with Banded Eye Jasper and cause mayhem wherever they go, living on one principle: if it's fun, DO IT.
Ruby is the child of Rhodolite.
