Cutter, the doctor, researcher, his partner and professional and the one who has to do most of the grunt work is a long-time "friend" of Edgar, the only reason he hasn't left their partnership is because for a shady employer, he keeps his word very well, and he knows that despite his foolishness, he knows how valuable an asset Edgar is. And even if he runs he always has ways of finding him. That isn't to say he still gets very tired of Edgar's antics.

Used to be a very patient guy, he's aloof, and professional, always tired but values his work very much
