Standard Designs

1) You are able to resell these designs for no more than you paid for, unless additional worth is added through  the form of additional artwork or literature.
2) You may gift or trade them to anyone you like, you don't have to alert me! However please respect there are some users on my blacklist that I am not comfortable with owning my artwork, you can ask me about this.
3) Please contact  me in regards to alterations of my designs. This includes minor edits  and redesigns but does not include clothing.
4) Please contact me if you intend to convert my designs into a current closed species.
5) My designs may not be used to build a new closed species or such community.
6) Do not steal, trace, copy, or remove my watermarks from my designs.
7) You may repost the purchased design offsite with credit 
8) Your design will be sent DIGITALLY. You will not receive any sort of physical item! These are DIGITAL GOODS. 
9) Credit me for any use of the design.
10) Unwatermarked files will always be sent to you VIA your choice of location after purchase.
11)  My designs are for personal use only, and should not be used  commercially without explicit permission from myself. A contract will be  presented upon request.
12) All sales are final. Do not ask for a refund for a design you have already received.

Closed Species Designs

1) Closed Species designs must follow my standard design TOS as listed above
2)  My closed species designs are intended to stay within the species they are designed into. If you wish to convert them, please contact me.

1) Absolutely NO reselling of free designs.
2) Free designs may be gifted or traded.
3) All DTA entries belong to the winner of the DTA.
