In life Liza was a secretary for a high profile lawyer.  He was deemening, vicious and abusive both verbally and sexually. But the pay was to good for this single woman in the 1950s city she lived in.  When the holidays came around he invited her and the "team" to his private boat for a sea side party. She attended in her finest (a gift from him the previous holiday) but was horrified when he and his companions attacked her.  Threatening to spread this far and wide she angered him further.  In his anger he grabbed her by the neck,  chocking her till he thought she was dead.  Unfortunatly she did not perish until they threw her overboard,  drowning as she sunk,  to weak to struggle for the surface. 

When she awoke in her new life as the dead she was incensed with only one thought fueling her.

Unfortunatly it had been many years by the time she rose from the depths he was long dead and the world was much different.  But there were still bad people...  Bad men grabbing and hurting young women as she had been.  She now hunts the beach and coast side city, preying on those whom dare harm another as she had been.

Her original dress was long destroyed but she stole her current one as it had a similar style to her original era. 

She's lesbian and unashamed now that she's dead. 

Her water bits are pressurized due to how deep she sunk before she became as she is,  so her little buddy (Spermy the male angler fish) doesn't die.
