Commission TOS

1. You must always credit me for the art and at least once if you post it.
2. You may not remove my signature from the piece at any time.. 
3. I will be using the art piece as an example of my skill but I only own the art and never the character. Password is any animal emoji. 
4. All payment must be sent in full after the sketch whether that be ac, Paypal, CashApp, or Deviantart points. Password is any animal emoji. 
5. Please be respectful when commissioning me and I am always looking to make the piece to your liking and please let me know if anything is not to your liking. 
6. If you do not like anything about the commission after giving the okay for the sketch and lineart or when the piece is done you may not ask for a refund. 
7. If you do not respond within 48 hours of asking for the piece, or any conversation we have before payment I will sadly have to cancel the commission.

Custom TOS

6. If you do not like anything about the custom after giving the okay for the sketch and lineart or when the characte is done you may not ask for a refund.

Adopt TOS

1. Always credit me for the original design of the character.
2. Do not remove my signature from the piece at any time.
3. The character will be used as an example of my skill but I do not own the character once it has been purchased. Password is any animal emoji. 
4. You may redesign, or change anything about the character it's yours once you own it.
5. If I send you the character on toyhouse and I find it missing or deleted I will be asking. 
6. Do not sell the character for more than what was purchased. Unless it has more than 1 art piece. (If sent through Toyhouse I will add how much it was purchased for when transferring.)

If any of these rules are broken once you will get a strike but more than 3 times will result in a blacklist. 

If you have read this in full please write a comment saying

I (insert name) accept Andibun’s Terms and Conditions. If any of these are broken I will take full responsibility and be given a strike or be put on the blacklist.
