He wears a blue Hawaiian shirt with yellow and red cars with palm trees as well. A tacky velvet/leather jacket with hanging fringe on the arms and torso in the color black is seen with him at all times. He wears black pinstripe pants and wears shoes that are a size too small for his feet, but he likes wearing them. (Shoes are black as well)

All the clothes he has ever seen wearing have been thrifted or stolen. The outfit he wears is so he can emulate the 80’s mob fashion of California.
02 — Personality
Lupin is a trickster and takes pride in it's ultimate. It doesn't look to cause pain, but enjoys a bit of chaos in life.
He doesn't often get close to people in fear of feeling guilty for scamming them.
Claims to want to be the leader in most situations, but often ends up in the opposing position. He often lurks around and spies on others if any growing suspicions arise.

03 — Background
Pre Killing Game
Lupin never knew his family, he was raised on the streets, hopping from place to place often. From a young age, it started scamming to stay alive, using his age to take advantage of guilty strangers into giving him food, money, clothes, etc. As it got older, the age carder started getting harder and harder to use and the more and more people started growing hostile towards him. It got to the point where scamming on the streets was no longer worth the trouble of the harrassment from passerby. Though, with no where to go, he was stuck with no direction.
Fortunately for Lupin, he had n=been scouted out for an agency.He didn't quite understand why he was specifically scouted out, but figured it was a better life optionthen waiting to waste away. What he had figured out to late in the game is that he got wrapped into a pyramid scheme. Of course the job required the skills to scam people, but the countless amount of higher ups to take orders from was hard for Lupin to follow after living a life practically alone. With no other choices though, Lupin just had to play along. It even attempted to scam it's way to the top, but it wasn't long until it was found and scouted to be an ultimate.
