For a wolf, he's certainly more like a dog. He's not exactly the smartest out there, despite his fancy attire. Jasper's to blame for that.
He's not well liked due to his perverted nature, but somehow he got a job at a daycare. The teachers are somewhat worried about Peppermint, the smaller than normal bunny child who Toto seems to be infatuated with.
He used to think of his multicolored hair as ugly, so he would steal hair dye and dye it all white. That all stopped the day he got dye in his ears.
