Opening void gates is always an adventure. But what if it all goes even more horribly wrong?
In a different timeline, S'tievh would expose a young Morrígan directly to the voidgate in hopes of using the child as bait, which did not quite go the way he liked.  Instead of being turned into voidsent food, a voidsent saw fit to make a pact with her - however, if you've just seen your parent and other people being killed right in front of you, your mind is not the most stable..... S'tievh would turn out to be killed directly by the voidsent and by taking the name of said voidsent's "goal", the girl stepped outside the now silent temple all on her own into the desert sun. With a shattered mind and voidsent at hand, she'd grow up to be a feared pracitioner of the dark arts for her own personal amusement.

Keypoints:

• Pact - instead of Draghignazzo  taking over S'tievh's living body, he made a pact directly with the young girl. Not his best decision let's be real here.
• "Trophies" - "things" collected from her most noteworthy or exciting foes/encounters. A necklace there, an eye there, a cat's paw for good luck, a finger, you name it.

Naming:

• "Distant Fate" - one of the AUs closest to canon timeline, as it requires the most minimal changes to happen, but at the same time it grew very distant, no?
• "Scáthach" - name of the Shadow Queen, the previous ruler of the Void and the name her voidsent whispered to her.
