Backstory:
Flaming Star was brought to the group by his mother after she discovered the young kit could see the future, something she'd heard connected to the group. On the way however, they were attacked by a dog, killing his mother and leaving him with a permanent bad knee, in his shock he forgot his name and the group renamed him Flaming Star, due to the shooting star that 'lead' them to him.
Seer notes:
His visions come only when he's awake and his eyes turn milky, occasionally, if the vision is strong enough it can also be given to other cats using him as a conduit. They come as imagery and like stories through metaphors, he saw his own attack as a falling star being crushed, though as a small kit he didn't understand this.
He can also travel to other cats dreams, if he knows them & where they are, then it's easier to do, if he doesn't it's harder but not impossible. The main reason they do this is to keep contact with the other group members when they're travelling or other members are travelling, a safe way to keep tabs on them, so no cat really goes missing.
