The Tangshui region is an ancient and mountainous region covered in lush jungles and snaking streams that pool into a number of natural hot springs. These springs often harbour mysterious magical properties that are still being studied to this day.
The region is also known for its regular earthquakes that shift the landscape quite drastically which has made traversal of the land treacherous for outsiders. Due to the constantly changing terrain and dense wildlife, it is not recommended to travel far from civilization without a seasoned local guide. Luckily, there are many guise agencies available to assist the bustling tourism market.
The wildlife in this area is also well-adapted to the presence of Sweets. They are often playful and friendly, but can be quite mischievous and will steal valuables and snacks from travelers. Please take caution when interacting with them.
