Minnie (Splatoon AU)

-Mains the Grim Range Blaster
-Her experiences as a test subject were what prompted her to develop her trickster tactics that she's become notorious for. She was always a clever one, and would often find ways to "cheat" the systems to pass her tests. She was also known for being rather vicious compared to the other Octolings. When she had to go up against living things, she would often resort to using her fists when cornered. Basically, when you can't splat 'em, punch their lights out. That was more or less her philosophy.
-She was probably watched particularly closely by the person/people in charge for her viciousness and pragmatism.
-After coming to Inkopolis, she got in trouble several times for using illegal tricks and straight-up violence during Turf Wars. Because of this, she didn't have the best reputation at first.
-Pearl and Marina explain early on that Turf Wars are NOT the same as the brutal tests she and her kin underwent, and that they're purely about having fun. It takes a while, but she eventually learns to hold back, and actually ends up enjoying Turf Wars a lot more when she knows she doesn't need to take it seriously. (Still a pragmatic little fuck though, always finding ways to abuse loopholes in the official rules.)
