Fae marked flareon

The Fae-Mark, as it is referred to here, is not a particularly accurate name. The power granted to this Pokemon is one which existed in the Old Plains-- a blessing from the family of Arceus. The Memory takes it in and grants it to those Arceus wishes to bless. This isn't how to originally worked, but it's the best system Arceus has now.
